These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (the user or client) and Imagelyra, governing your access to and use of our website, tools, and image editing services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services
Imagelyra provides professional image editing services including, but not limited to, background removal, clipping path, photo retouching, ghost mannequin, apparel editing, jewelry retouching, furniture retouching, photo restoration, and eCommerce product image editing.
Clients control how their images are edited by providing instructions at the time of order. Imagelyra is not an image hosting or permanent storage service. Uploaded files may be stored temporarily for processing and delivery purposes only.
We aim to deliver results based on client specifications. Final outputs are subjective in nature, and no exclusive rights can be claimed over stylistic outcomes beyond agreed deliverables.
User Content & Intellectual Property
Ownership
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all images and materials you upload to Imagelyra (“User Content”).
License to Imagelyra
By submitting User Content, you grant Imagelyra a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to store, modify, reproduce, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that:
Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or exploitative
Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Includes viruses, malware, or harmful code
Contains sensitive personal or payment information without authorization
Violates any applicable law or regulation
Imagelyra reserves the right to restrict or remove content that violates these Terms.
Rights & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.
Imagelyra may retain files for a limited, commercially reasonable period for delivery, backup, or audit purposes.
We are not liable for data loss resulting from client-side deletions or unauthorized uploads.
Imagelyra Content & Platform Rights
All website content, designs, text, graphics, software, and branding not provided by users (“Imagelyra Materials”) remain the exclusive property of Imagelyra and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for lawful use only.
Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services
Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Misrepresent affiliation with Imagelyra
Interfere with service performance or security
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access.
Feedback
